Renewal
When purchasing a WhaleDown license, you can choose to renew automatically or manually. The default subscription type is automatic renewal.
If you choose the automatic renewal model, you'll get a discount starting the second year. Of course, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your order at any time. We recommend that you choose the automatic renewal model.
You can also choose to renew your subscription manually depending on your needs. If you want to use WhaleDown after your license expires, you'll need to buy a new license.
Cancel auto renewal
If you created a MyCommerce account when purchasing a WhaleDown license, then you can log in to your account to manage the subscription model for your orders.
Additionally, you can contact our staff to help you cancel the automatic renewal of your order. If you have an unexpected order because you forgot to modify your renewal model, you can contact us to refund your money.
When you cancel the automatic renewal of your order, your future order will be considered a brand new order. It will no longer enjoy the discounted price.
